AI Builder
Part account manager. Part PM. Part developer. Part analyst. All of it, on one human, with AI doing the grunt work.
The premise
The old assembly line — account manager briefs PM, PM briefs designer, designer briefs developer, developer briefs QA — has more handoffs than actual thinking. AI has collapsed most of those handoffs. One thoughtful person, working with Claude and a well-wired toolchain, can cover the whole stretch — better, faster, and with fewer telephone games.
We're looking for that one person. Not a 10× engineer. Not a unicorn. A universalist who picks up whatever shape the problem has today.
What you'd do
- Own a product or workstream end-to-end — from the first customer conversation to what ships next Tuesday.
- Talk to customers. Frame the problem. Scope the solution. Write the brief and the code.
- Use AI as a force multiplier — Claude, GPT, Copilot, MCP-wired tools, agentic workflows. Not as a demo, as daily craft.
- Ship small, measure, iterate. Close the loop with the customer instead of throwing work over a fence.
- Partner with our senior engineers and cloud architects on the hairier pieces — you're not alone, you're not rebuilding plumbing.
Who you are
- Strong AI foundations. Prompt design, LLM limits and leverage points, retrieval, evals. You know when a model is the wrong tool — and you know the right one.
- You code. Any modern stack; we mostly ship .NET + Blazor + Azure. A willingness to learn our house style matters more than years on it.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain why. You sweat the copy. You sweat the empty state.
- You talk to humans. Comfortable in a room with a CEO. Comfortable in a Slack thread with support. Comfortable on a Zoom call with a furious customer.
- Ownership. You close the loop. "It's not my job" doesn't live in your vocabulary.
How we work
- Small team. Senior engineers, architects, MVPs. Short feedback loops, zero bureaucracy.
- AI-first workflow — we're not playing catch-up, we build the tools we need (MCP servers, agents, internal copilots).
- Prague office, on-site only. Working shoulder-to-shoulder is a feature, not a compromise — it's how this role actually works.
- Competitive compensation, quarterly reviews, generous training budget.
- 28 years of shipping. We're not learning on you.

No recruiters, please. No AI-generated cover letters — we can tell, and so can you.
